Compensation policy for goods ship from Vietnam
1. Insurance Coverage
Insurance Fee: 9% of the invoice value.
Coverage:
Full reimbursement for freight charges and 100% of the order value for lost shipments up to 40 million VND
Reimbursement for the value of damaged goods in case of breakage or partial damage
Requirements:
Customers must provide a detailed list of goods in each package, along with the value of each type of good.
Customers must provide full legal evidence of damaged or broken goods (photographs or videos of goods before and after shipment) in case of loss or damage.
2. Non-Insurance Coverage
Customs Confiscation of Goods (Entire Package)
Freight Reimbursement: For counterfeit goods and dietary supplements (customers must provide photos and videos upon receipt of goods),
No freight or goods Reimbursement: For meat, eggs, milk, traditional medicine, batteries, bird's nest, nail polish, and liquids.
Freight and 150,000 VND/kg Reimbursement for Confiscated Goods: For general goods, dried food, and cream cosmetics (customers must provide photos and videos upon receipt of goods) (amount not exceeding 40 million VND/MAWB).
Customs Confiscation of Goods (Partial Package)
Freight Reimbursement: For partial confiscation of general goods, dried food, cream cosmetics, counterfeit goods, and functional foods. There is no reimbursement for other goods.
Empty or partially filled packages
Freight Reimbursement: For general goods, dried food, cream cosmetics, counterfeit goods, and functional foods. There is no reimbursement for other goods.
Lost Shipments
Freight and 150,000 VND/kg Reimbursement for Lost Goods: The company only reimburses for entire packages, not for the contents of lost packages (in the case of missing items within a package). Reimbursement is subject to the following limits: customers must provide photos and videos upon receipt of goods. (amount not exceeding 40 million VND/MAWB)
Damage Due to Extended Transit Time
5-10% Freight Reduction: The company may offer a 5-10% freight reduction depending on the case (not applicable for delays due to customs hold, objective issues such as pandemics, year-end backlogs, or situations where customers were informed in advance about potential delays).
